theirs no quick way to loose weight safely.experts say eat between 6to7 small meals a day make sure your fruits are only eaten during the morning hours a large breakfast a medium lunch and a small supper ..in between you can snack on salads and drink plenty of water

An effective and solid diet and cardiac/aerobic exercises. Jogging, swimming, cycling, and tennis are very good sports/excercises to do.
If you want to work out at home there salot of excecises you can do without having any equipment, just google them.
