Exercise tips for the summer (?) :]?

Can anyone tell me some types of exercise I can do at home? (My gym card expired and I can’t be bovard to renew it)
I’m mainly aiming to slimming down my legs and flattening my stomach. I’m not that large (weighs 7stones) but just want to tone up these areas :]

Run around your flat, or go swimming in a pool.

For stomach flattening, do crunches or bicycle maneuvers. See the following website for how to do those as well as other fat loss tips.

Press ups cruches and sit ups are great oh yeah and dont forget squats

I would suggest push ups, sit ups, and running up and down stairs. Also a nice jog around the block. Exercise is awesome! But I have to have my gym membership can’t live without it.

7 stones? bovard? i usually ride my bike every day, and do some sit ups/crunches, a few other exersizes too. it also helps to eat healthy if you are looking to lose weight

well u cAn go swimming. if u dont have a pool at ur house u can go to a local pool or to a friends. u can always eat healthy stuff. u can use excercise on demand on ur television. GOOD LUCK!!

walk 30 mins a day. or dance 1 hour a day. im doing the second one and i feel the burn…:]
